8 June 2020We did the knife making course on 6/06/2020 with Willie, and what an epic day! Starting the beginning of the day with no knowledge of knife making and a piece of paper, ending the day with a completed knife. Fun throughout the day, good yarns from Willie and great food from Ange. Recommend to all. Also we've bought 3 knives from Willie in the past 6 months. One from the Mangawhai markets for a gift, and two custom made as wedding presents - which the recipients were very, very happy with. 21 March 2020I was busy in the kitchen yesterday and realised I didn’t give you any feedback on the Cleaver... Well it’s fantastic, not only does it power through tough stuff but what a great option for fine slicing and chopping of herbs and chillies etc…a few of my other knives are getting put out of work now. Anyway great job love it and of course it looks amazing.
