I honestly don't know where to start... My now fiancee purchased a beautiful diamond in the original setting which meant we were able to design my dream engagement ring together, an experience I would highly recommend. The whole team at N&S are incredibly friendly and welcoming but Lucy Gill is honestly one of the nicest, most helpful and loveliest people I've ever met, her communication is second to none and the excitement she shared with us throughout the process was so genuine which made it all the more special. The bespoke design process was completely and utterly worth the wait! We picked up my ring last weekend and it is 1000x more beautiful than we anticipated. The drawings were incredible but seeing the finished product was a dream come true!
