Wow. Where do I start!!! ❤️ Honestly couldn’t be happier with my photos and the overall experience!! - Jodie was absolutely AMAZING… she made me and my hubby feel so comfortable with her and was so easy to talk to but still super professional - the photos were better than I could of ever imagined and I have had so many comments!! Definitely recommend her!!

Jodie is a wonderful photographer, not only because her photos are amazing but as she has a way about her, that makes you feel comfortable and even have fun in the process. Jodie has done our engagement shoot, wedding, graduation, family photos and she is my first choice for any moment we want captured in our lives. I highly recommend her!!!!

Jodie photographed our wedding in November 2014. Jodie had previously photographed my nephews wedding, and also did some family photos for him, and we absolutely loved the style and look of the photos, so Jodie was our first choice for our wedding. Jodie assisted us in planning the finer details of the day in relation to the photography and met with us at the venue a few weeks prior to the wedding to scout the best photo locations and discuss wet weather contingencies. Jodie made us feel very comfortable and at ease in front of the camera with her bubbly personality and relaxed nature. We are really, really happy with our photos; and the album Jodie designed for us is amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jodie to others.

Choosing Jodie as our wedding photography was a smooth decision from the start. She was very easy to contact, shared some amazing suggestions and advise and clearly explained everything right from the get go. We were given plenty of space to decide what exactly we wanted and Jodie provided support when we needed to ensure it would all come together. And even on the day she and her awesome second shooter were willing to stay additional time without hesitation to ensure we got all the bits we wanted photographed. Jodie is such a calm natured person and it really helped having her around on the actual day itself as her humble presence continued to remind us what was most important about our day. The package we received is incredible, the most beautifully designed piece of work we could have asked for, filled with some of our most precious memories. We are more than happy with Jodie’s work!

We are extremely lucky to know Jodie personally and I am very thankful I was able to meet this lovely lady through my now husband. Jodie is an absolute natural. Through the planning process there was no pressure, just friendly help and advice which as all brides=to-be will know is such a godsend when you’re stressing over all the tiny details and those you’re sure you’ve forgotten! On the day Jodie was amazing, she has mastered the art of having just the right amount of presence. She is bright and bubbly, instantly makes you feel at ease while making sure she gets the best shots but at the same time very easily melts into the background when she feels that is more appropriate - I didn’t even know she was taking photos half the time! When it comes to organising group shots she has a great friendly manner and is quick to have a laugh with guests as they’re running, not quite prepared for the group shot they’ve been called for…‘hold on, my drink’....‘oh, my sunnies!’..... The bridal party shots I found really daunting - I was nervous of that big block of time set aside for photos. That time flew by with Jodie’s relaxed direction though and the different creative shots she took are quite simply stunning. My husband and I often joke that we both have phobias of cameras so to have tears shed through our beautiful slideshow and to be so incredibly amazed at the photos Jodie has taken is just surreal. We love love love all the photos from our wedding day and still can’t quite believe it’s us! We would recommend Jodie to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, you will not be disappointed.

We were put in contract with Jodie through a friend. I loved her style of work, her passion and down to earth nature. Jodie made us feel comfortable from the very start! Meeting her and going through our photography options made us feel really relaxed about our upcoming nuptials - to the extent that we had a engagement shoot, which wasn’t usually like us but turned out great and prepared us for what to expect on the day itself! Leading up to the day she offered lots of support, some in the form of other people she worked with in the industry and gave prompt and clear feedback on timings and invoices - which for a crazy bride is really helpful!! The day itself was great and she made us feel really comfortable - there were lots of laughs and reassuring smiles. The results were awesome and we were thrilled with the pics - getting the photos we wanted and some surprise fab photos too which we’d forgotten about or didn’t realise she’d taken! Her package was beautiful and the finishing touch’s with monogrammed flashdrives and CD’s and the albums themselves made us really pleased we used Jodie and we would very much recommend her to other wedding parties!

Jodie was absolutely fantastic! I was completely relaxed knowing she would do an amazing job and yet she exceeded my expectations. She was relaxed and confident even though we had a few changes in plans due to a cyclone. She was flexible and was able to make a cyclone look like it was always meant to be like that. My photos were absolutely stunning and captured my day perfectly. Thank you so much Jodie!

When we were planning our wedding there was no other choice for us for our photographer than Jodie. I had a family session with Jodie a few years ago and the pictures were amazing. Jodie really knew how to work with my daughter who was around three at the time. Jodie took the time to come to Mangawhai and have a look at our favorite spot for pictures prior to the wedding which was great. She took a few snaps while she was there which made me even more sure that was where we wanted our location shoot. The day went off amazingly and the photos taken in all aspects of the day turned out amazingly. Jodie captured some very special moments with all the emotions of the days which was very important to us. She just knew where to be and when. Jodie knew we had limited time for the location shoot and worked so well to get the shots we wanted and there were so many incredible photos taken it was hard to pick some for wall canvases in our house. The family group photo taking was so organized and co-ordinated by Jodie (people were scattered all over the place and she managed to get them all in and out as fast as possible). I was so overwhelmed when Jodie showed us our photos. I loved each and everyone of them. They were laied out perfectly and in order of the day. Black and white, colour, small and large size also. We received a cd with a movie clip and music and a USB stick with all the pics on. I would highly recommend Jodie, she is very talented, professional, amazing with people of all ages, patient and understands a bride and grooms needs tailoring to suit them. Cant wait for our next shoot with Jodie

Jodie was amazing from the start, she was so easy to chat with before the wedding, knew exactly what we wanted and absolutely smashed it. Jodie from Jodie C Photography is simply amazing. Her photos are fantastic and Shane my husband and I are sooo happy with the result and the quality of our photos from our wedding in September 2013. Jodie was professional and helpful throughout the entire planning process and had lots of ideas and vision for us - which we needed.
