EVERYONE NEEDS ISAAC AT THEIR WEDDING!!

What an unreal experience we had with Perspectives from beginning to end. Isaac has a warmth and positivity that is contagious. He manages to perfectly be in the right place without you even knowing he's there, catches the most amazing moments and makes everyone look amazing. When you do notice Isaac is there, hes adds to the vibe - all of our family and friends (including us) wanted to become his bestie. We were blown away at the professionalism and how well Isaac and Amy listened to everything we wanted (and didn't want). We loved how quickly we got to see the blog photos after the wedding - and are obsessed with every single one of them.

Perspectives is amazing! When I first met up with Isaac I warned him that we are both basically incredibly awkward in photos, and good luck to him. Well - we both love our photos and couldn't be more thrilled! They turned out beautifully and we had such a fun time shooting them! Most importantly - Isaac was totally happy to tailor the package to what we wanted, rather than tell us that we could only have them do it if we signed up to a certain package (which several places did!) I'm so thankful that he done our wedding, as in the end photos are the only thing you have on the other end! Looking at our photos makes me so happy!

Isaac and Amber are brilliant. They are lovely people who took special care with us. They met with us beforehand and got to know us and they tailored their service to what we needed.

On the day they were brilliant. They fitted in perfectly with our celebration and they took the photos fast and it was fun. But most importantly a year later as we go through our photos today, they take beautiful photos. Technically superb, with a very fine artistic eye. That’s what attracted us in the first place - the quality of the shots on their website, which was much nicer than other wedding photographers. A lot of wedding photography is very tacky. Not perspectives.

And finally their service is excellent. They are extremely professional and customer-focused at all times, and they delivered the photos very quickly.
We were extremely impressed with Isaac and Amber they made our wedding even more special than it already was.

We can’t recommend them more highly - personally, professionally and artistically.

Initially we weren’t going to hire professional videographers for our wedding in order to stick to our budget. But when I stumbled onto Perspectives’ website and saw their work, there was no turning back! I wasn’t sure how I was going to convince my fiancé to dish out another few thousand of dollars, but after viewing their work, he couldn’t resist either.
Most reviews here seem to be of their photography team, but I can assure you their videography team - Mat and Jared, is equally rad! Mat is pretty famous already for his very romantic proposal (go to the Perspectives website right now if you haven’t seen it!), so let’s talk about Jared instead. When we met up with Jared a week before the wedding to go over things, we were a bit stressed as we still had a lot to organise. But Jared has an amazing vibe and we left feeling excited about our wedding once again as we could feel that he was genuinely excited too. On the day I was quite nervous but when Jared’s big smile definitely had a calming effect from the moment he arrived (at as early as 7:30am despite we suggested 9am because he insisted the longer he’s around for, the more material he can capture). Mat and Jared definitely went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us buy pizza for lunch, transporting stuff, and many other little things that we didn’t anticipate beforehand. They are much fun to be around and we feel very lucky to have them on our wedding day.
We haven’t seen our videos yet but we’re fully confident that we’re going to love their work. In the end, my husband reckons they’re definitely worth every penny! Choice.

We would like to personally thank Amber and Isaac for the fantastic work they did photographing our wedding.

They are lovely to deal with, professional, driven and clearly love what they do for a living. We felt comfortable with them both from the beginning and knew that they were determined to do the best they could for us.

Our plans were all up in the air due to a huge storm that came through on our wedding day and changed all our carefully laid plans. Amber and Isaac kicked into gear and ensured that the new venue was well lit after the last minute change. The conditions on the day were hard with so much rain and mud but they handled it all with no problem. Thanks goodness they take lovely pictures in the rain!

It was fantastic that Amber stayed at the wedding until late into the night as we got some great shots of the guests in party mode which are great to have as we have a complete picture of the day.

We had a huge amount of images, and fell in love with so many of them!

Thanks Amber and Isaac for coping so well with all the different pressures on the day! We love the photos and love that they paint such a lovely picture of our day.

Amber was fantastic on our wedding day, working with ease and expertise. We were delighted with the photos we received and we were very limited due to the weather on the day but that didn’t dampen our spirits and such was the skill of Amber that when we got the photos we were so grateful for the rain and Isaac came to the party, (pun intended) for the last few shots to help out and they were spectacular.
Such was Ambers commitment to give us the best pictures she could after saying goodbye Amber reappeared a little later to capture the sensational shots in the rain.

Isaac and Amber really went above and beyond for us on our special day. Rather than having their specific ideas about the photos they wanted out of our wedding or a ‘set list’ they put us at ease right from the start and really listened to what our day was about, what it meant to us and what WE wanted, even setting up timelines to ensure they wouldn’t miss anything important. In turn our photos reflect perfectly the emotion and feeling of our day and we couldn’t be happier! These two are so much fun and nothing was a drama throughout the whole process. So easy to communicate with and they ensure you are happy the whole way through. We were on a tight budget, and splashed out for photography knowing it would be the only thing we had at the end, and if we could do it again - we would choose them! So many of our guests commented about the extremes they went to - hiding in bushes, laying on the ground, they just seemed to be everywhere at once capturing everything! We have had so many compliments, and guests from the wedding feel like they are going back there when they see the photos because the emotion is captured exactly how the day was. The other thing that we really liked is they show photos from EVERY wedding on their blog, not just selected photos that they have chosen carefully, and for us this made it really obvious that they were really good at what they do! And more importantly, they absolutely love what they do and this passion shines through in their work. You spend the whole day with your photographers so this is really essential! We are so over the moon, and now have a beautiful set of images to treasure forever, its so hard to put into words how much this has meant to us, we are encouraging everyone we know to head their way - you wont be disappointed!

Wow- where to begin. I spent several months looking through photographers portfolio’s and the minute I saw perspectives I knew that they were the best of the best. It took us a while to book as the cheaper photographers were a bit tempting, but I can confidently say now with no regrets that there is no compromise for good photographers, including price, these guys were worth every single penny!
Right from our very first email with Isaac & Amber we were made to feel welcome & like they genuinely wanted to work with us. We felt Isaac & Amber put 100% percent into preparing for our wedding by spending some time the day before scoping out different photo opportunities depending on the weather. I will never forget their excitement in telling me about different locations they had found, it was so genuine and made me feel so special and excited amongst being slightly stressed setting up for the big day. On our day Amber & Isaac had such a natural approach to photographing that was not invasive, instead they felt like part of our bridal party adding to the excitement with all their ‘ohh’s’ and ‘ahh’s’ as they captured their beaut pictures.
We could seriously not be any happier with our photo’s, Amber & Isaac you were so accommodating and genuine, your passion and talent for your work shone through every minute you were with us and we were so glad to have you at our special day. The compliments we received about our photo’s have been unreal, someone even thought that they were not real!! real it was, and real they are. Beautiful pictures to treasure forever more. We decided that a beach in Rarotonga would be perfect location for our ideal wedding. We googled photographers in Rarotonga and found Perspectives Photo + Cinema. From that momment on, we were hooked - We never considered any other photographers. Isaac and Amber were awesome to communicate with and all their work looked amazing. When we finally met in Rarotonga just before the wedding, we felt relaxed and confident that we would get exactly what we wanted from the photo’s. I love my husband….but Amber and Isaac at Perspectives Photo + Cinema come a close second!!!
Not only did Amber and Isaac managed to capture all the emotion and fun on our special day in Rarotonga but they did it in such an artistic and beautiful way.
I can honestly say that they added to our wedding that it was a joy to have them there. They spent all day with us and the love for what they do shone through their work.
A highlight of our wedding was the Trash The Dress session we did with them two days after the wedding. It actually became a special day for hubby and I to spend together laughing and talking and sharing it with Amber and Isaac was a real bonus. And the photos from it were AMAZING. They really understand that TTD photography is about capturing beautiful images in non-traditional settings, not just trashing a dress for the sake of it.
The only downside is now I have so many beautiful photos that I have no idea which one to enlarge and hang up. They know how to use lighting in the most flattering way!
You will never regret working with Perspectives and will enjoy your decision for the rest of your lives.

Amber & Isaac were a pleasure to work with right from the initial contact. Their professionalism really shone through, they were prepared for any type of weather, and no matter what it was doing, the photos always turned out amazing. They had away of finding the cutest little spots to photograph in, and just seemed to blend into the crowd while still getting the best view, making for really natural looking photos. They were so relaxed, not scared to get their hands dirty (or soaked in our case) and extremely easy to get along with.

We were able to do an engagement shoot with them beforehand, something that i will never regret doing and would encourage others to do also.

Thank you so much for being a huge part of our day!! Can’t wait for another opportunity to work with you again. :D

Perspectives are THE MOST PERFECT photographers for ANY occasion!

Amber and Isaac are SO FRIENDLY whilst at the same time extremely professional. You feel like you’re hanging out with old friends. Remember you need to be able to get on with your photographers as you will be spending the whole day with them.

And then you get the images and you’re like “WOW!!!!!!” From the time we started planning the wedding they were always on hand providing advice (even for things not relating to photography) to help our day become perfect. They want it as much as you do!! Then you get a “sneak-peak” online that you can show your friends and family which provides a story of the day and everybody can’t stop saying to us how AMAZING their photos are!

I would rate Perspectives higher but I can only give a 5.

Isaac and Amber are an amazing team who captured every moment of our day with grace, sophistication and style.

They have an fantastic eye for composition and lighting whilst being able to capture the little moments of joy and emotion that happen throughout the day.

They were great fun on the day and easy to work with and we knew without doubt that we would get an amazing product at the end of the day. They were able to put everybody at ease and give direction easily when required.

We have had so many comments that our photos were the best that anybody has seen and I’ve recommmended them several times already!! We loved hanging with them, we love our photos to bits and had trouble just choosing one for the wall!

I would thoroughly recommend Perspectives to everybody, they were professional, friendly and provided excellent service and a quality product.

Our photos truly capture who we are, and each one is unique.

When we booked Perspectives we were confident that we were going to get amazing photos, on the day we were so relaxed because we knew that we could trust them to capture the important moments.

We have had so many people tell us that they are the best wedding photos they have ever seen.

We couldn’t have had better photographers.
I had followed Perspectives work for quite some time and knew that I wanted them to be our wedding photographers.

From seeing their work and meeting with them a few weeks prior to our big day we felt 101% sure that our wedding photos would be amazing, and of course they were.

The weather conditions on the day were not at all typical of the part of NZ where our wedding was, or for the time of year - we expected sun all round but instead got heavy rain.
Isaac and Amber were incredible - nothing was too much effort and they were so much fun and yet professional at the same time. We all (bridal party) felt at ease with them.

The outcome was more than we expected - we were blown away by our images.

To deal with such professionals on one of the most important days in your life and end up with unique images that really show the story of your day is critical in my opinion. Isaac and Amber delivered this for us.

Every cent we paid for our photography and gorgeous Queensberry album was worth it.

I first saw their photos when a girl from school got married, and fell in love. Turns out that was their first professional wedding!

When we got engaged I knew we had to have Perspectives capture our day. They didn’t fail to disappoint.

After an awesome engagement shoot, they (along with their awesome assistant Holly) out did themselves on our day, and we have had nothing but amazing comments from our guests, friends, and other professional photographers.

Perspectives Photography were absolutely amazing! Issac and Amber really captured everything on our special day. They were so professional and friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Perspectives where great! All the way through the process they where very informative and we had no doubt as to what will happen on the day. They are very organized and professional!
On the day itself we had a blast, they where relaxed and ensured that we enjoyed ourselves. They gave direction throughout the day but was very open to suggestions and fun ideas.

Would recommend them any day!!!

Isaac and Amber were more than we could have hoped for. Right from the first meeting, we could relax around them, they listened to our ideas and had suggestions to make them better.

On the day you wouldn’t have known they were there at the ceremony, and yet the shots were amazing.

They went above and beyond, and we even had a slideshow of shots to play at our reception from the days events.

The end product was better than we thought possible, we are still going through all the shots because there’s none we don’t want!

We shopped around a lot before finding Isaac and Amber, and they were fantastic value for money compared to others we saw and had quotes from.

I would recommend Amber and Isaac to anyone getting married, you won’t be disappointed.

Isaac and Amber truly do amazing work. We found them to be easy to approach and talk to and have such amazing ideas for photos.

Friends and family always love to look through our album and they too comment on how beautiful the photos are. They really did capture all those little moments and its nice to remember my day with such great photos.

We have done 2 photo shoots with them now and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them in the future. They definitely have a uniqueness to their work.

Truly talented and amazing! They’re so great at making you feel at ease in front of the camera, they’re so patient and give great direction.

You barely notice they’re there but they are and the photos are stunning!

And to top it all the album that was part of our package.. it took our breath away!

We feel we made the best choice with Isaac and Amber as our wedding photographers they were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do and how to make the most of the lighting and of us after a long day! We felt completely comfortable and at ease with them despite the fact we had only met them once prior to the wedding day, that really made the whole process much easier! I have no qualms about suggesting them for anyones wedding or portraits as they are amazing! Our wedding photo’s are spectacular and we have them forever!

Isaac and Amber are wonderful to work with. It’s great having a team of two photographers catching every moment of your special day. They’re lovely, friendly people who make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

I’ve done two photo shoots with them now, and we’ll probably go back and get our family portraits done with them too.

We choose Isaac & Amber for our wedding as we fell in love with their photography style by viewing amazing photo’s on their website from weddings etc that they had done. The website showed the amount of talent they have working with Photoshop and also the enjoyment that they get from their job. By reading their blog you understand how easy they are to get along with and their friendly personalities. This gave us the confidences in not needing to meet with their prior to the big day.

We couldn’t recommended more highly as they really are; I think, one of a kind. As I’m sure most wedding days go the morning is a bit stressful especially if your dependent on weather like we were. If anything, they alleviated stress rather than creating it by making their beautiful-selves some how blend into the background while still doing their job superbly!

We have had so many people not only on the day but a year later comment on their professionalism and style.

We adore our wedding photo’s and the fond windy memories each time we drive past the location!

Perspectives Photography are fantastic and I always recommend them to anyone I can. (what happens just as often is I am asked who did our amazing photos!)

They are super friendly, And love what they do you can see Photography is their passion and this shows in their photos. They are an absolute pleasure to have around on the wedding day they made us all feel comfortable and most of all beautiful!They are always professional and thoughtful and very organised I can honestly say with all the different vendors and companies I dealt with organising my wedding they were the best on every level.

A few examples ...on our wedding day they lent me their jandals, got knee deep in mud and taught my aspiring photographer and sister in law a thing or two at the same time!

I would highly recommend them to anyone it is easy to see their photos are amazing but it’s the little things that go into your big day that are important like what I have mentioned above, I think Photos are quite often one of the most important things to many couples so a lot of trust is put into a chosen photographer to deliver, You cannot go wrong with Perspectives they rock!!

The photos are more than I could dream of and have an amazing life to them. It’s not just me that loves them either! Our photos were in the Bride and Groom Magazine and we are soon to be in a wedding blog.
