Set among native bush in the Waitākere Ranges, the venue combines striking architecture, elevated ceremony spaces and a relaxed atmosphere. Pop-up and micro weddings give you the full Tui Hills experience for up to three and a half hours, without needing a large guest list or a traditional full-day wedding budget. Whether you are celebrating with 10 guests or 120, you can build a wedding around the parts that matter most to you. Every wedding includes venue hire, chairs, set-up and pack-down, cleaning, a day-of wedding coordinator, food and drinks. You can then add extras such as a wedding cake, use of the bride’s room, a photo booth or giant love letters. YOUR WEDDING YOUR WAY Every Tui Hills pop-up wedding includes a ceremony followed by canapés and drinks from our house range of beers, wines and soft drinks. The standard wedding duration is 2.5 hours, with the option to extend it to 3.5 hours. You choose the styling, celebrant and photographer, and can add a planning meeting and rehearsal. Our team can guide you through our recommended professionals, or you are welcome to use suitable third-party vendors. There are no compulsory plans filled with things you do not want. You choose the features and suppliers that matter to you. Pop-up weddings can cost from as little as $1,900 to several thousand dollars, depending on guest numbers and the options selected. Minimum spends apply, with a minimum of just 10 people, including the couple marrying. The best thing about Tui hills is the fact that you can have either indoor or outdoor option and decide on the day depending on the weather. Both settings are equally as stunning. The venue provided a beautiful backdrop for all photos. The glade was gorgeous - lush and green and despite it being a small wedding the venue made it feel beautifully intimate. I LOVED the fact that everything could be organised in one place. The styling package, the games, the canapés and cocktails, it was all organised together which meant the whole day ran seamlessly and was not at all stressful to plan. I booked my wedding a year and a half in advance… Tui hills made sure I had everything I needed to make informed decisions and within a timeframe that worked for me. I really struggle with making decisions and the wedding planners gave me heaps of ideas and helpful input that made it super easy

Upon entrance to just the car park I fell in love. The white stones of the driveway and the lush greenery in the background made the place feel magical. Just what you want for a wedding venue. The package was what I was looking for. After getting engaged it was so overwhelming as to how much you have to think about when it comes to planning a wedding that the simple options of the package available made it simple and tailored so it took all the guesswork out. The ability to break payments monthly also suited our budget and added to the ease of paying the wedding off.

The team was very kind and helpful. They ran us through everything and made the process go smoothly. We are very grateful for Chelsea, Ruth and Nikki, the service they provide is amazing. Thanks to the team we were able to have a stress free wedding and the planning was super easy. The photo booth was a perfect addition, everyone both kids and adults seemed to enjoy taking selfies and we like how we were able to send it to our personal numbers and emails. We also had games outside which was great for the kids as it kept them entertained and even the adults had fun playing some of the games which was great to see.

It was our dream to be married and Tui Hills didn't fail us. The beautiful sunny weather blended so well with the gardens of the venue. The flowers were enough with the seats to make the venue elegant and classic which I am really into. We had a very tight budget for the ceremony yet Tui Hills was able to work it out with us while still getting our dream wedding!

Dinesh and I stumbled upon the venue online and, intrigued by its potential, decided to schedule a viewing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ruth. As she guided us through the venue, we were struck by its beauty. But it was the glade that truly captured our hearts. The natural light and ambiance were simply magical. And then, Ruth did something incredibly special. She acted out the ceremony, positioning Dinesh near the Rotunda and gracefully showing me walking towards him. That simple gesture brought the entire day to life for us, and we knew right then and there that Tui Hills was the perfect place to say "I do."

The venue was great value for the day we had. We were based in the UK and the planning was done all via video calls and email but worked really well and they day went perfectly. The venue was a lovely location and made our wedding feel really special and looked great in the photos.

The stunning green space for our ceremony at Tui Hills was what we envisioned, it is well kept and the added drying and flowers to the space really make it pop and stand out. The service was efficient and the planning of the pop up wedding was so simple and straightforward exactly what I wanted from the get go so I didn’t have to many logistics to worry about

Tui Hills was a stunning venue, even in the back up space. The pavilion was gorgeous, remaining bright and cheerful and full of lovely green nature colours thanks to the native plants and ferns. The staff went out of their way to give us opportunities to sample food in between the business of the wedding. The food itself was great! Especially the prawns.
