Hi Annette,

We wanted to say the biggest most heartfelt THANK YOU to you and your team for our special day in September. You all went absolutely above and beyond, and we are so very grateful. You made the day so special for us, and took away all the stress and thinking. It was such a relaxing and joyous day for us, and we were beyond words at all of the small touches and thoughtfulness and yourself and your team. You made us feel like our day was so special, and not just another day of work for you, and we will never forget that. All of our guests have raved and raved about the venue, your team and of course the FOOD! All the food was to die for, so please pass on a massive thanks to your chef and team. I am still gobsmacked at the EPIC antipasto board, that was such a hit; and I have no idea how every single piece of lamb was cooked to perfection, but I am in awe!

Mike and I had the best day ever and we can't thank you enough.

Hopefully our paths will cross again in the future, or we will be able to attend a wedding at Kumeu Valley, but until then, thank you and all the best!!

Absolutely fantastic service and location with KVE. Annette (venue owner) was an absolute angel on the day, accommodating two extra guests that I had forgotten to add to the tables, and just being so reassuring and keeping the day on track. No request was too small and her communication was on point. I never was left waiting, my emails were responded to often within the hour! Staff were very friendly and professional. We had a fantastic time, highly highly recommend. Highlight of the food was the antipasto platter, I've had a million comments on how amazing it was! Thanks again team.

Kumeu Valley Estate was great for our wedding. Our guests are still raving about the food almost three months later. Annette was super easy to deal with and made sure everything went off without a hitch - even removing a bee from my dress right before I walked down the aisle! We really wanted to get married outside and Annette made it happen. Everything ran smoothly from unloading our decorations and alcohol on the night of our rehearsal to picking it up the morning after the wedding. Thanks Annette and team!

It is obvious from the high standard of care and precision planning, Annette is the expert wedding planner every bride would desire. Her passion and pride in delivering top quality service is evident down to the tiniest details brides don’t even think about. Every question and request we asked, had already been thought of.

Coming up from the garden to the reception area with its wide opened sides, the venue looked beautiful, fairy lights hanging from the high ceilings and candles everywhere. So elegant, rustic with a warm inviting feeling.

The buffet style was chosen because of the wide variety of choices. This style also encourages guests to get up from their tables and mingle.

By the time the first dance was over, the beautiful rustic doors enhanced with fairy lights were opened, enabling two rooms to become one. You could sit at your table and watch the dancing or join in.

I will always remember this day with gratitude to Annette who while we dined and danced worked endlessly to ensure everything was perfect.

Thanks Annette, you are an angel.

We got married at Kumeu Valley in April 2016.

As much as I worried about most things going to plan I really had nothing to worry about at all. With Annette in control I can honestly say that our wedding day was perfect!

We had our ceremony outside and at that time of year our guests were shaded by the trees which was great as the sun was out and rather hot! The setting around the grounds is just beautiful!

The venue itself is stunning! The high ceilings and open sides made it feel extremely spacious with over 100 guests. As it got dark and the fairy lights beamed it looked magical!

We chose the BYO option for beverages which was fantastic being able to have this option and the buffet for the food. The food was absolutely delicious! Most of our guests went back for seconds for both dinner and desert!

After dinner the doors opened and our table was removed without us even noticing! The flow from the dance floor to the outdoor area was great! Annette and the staff made sure the band was well looked after and hydrated!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We really didn’t have to do a thing other than enjoy our day!

We could not recommend this venue more! Not just for the venue itself but Annette is amazing! Annette adds all these extra little touches to everything and its something you appreciate so much on your wedding day!

Annette provided amazing support and service from the initial viewing of the property, right through to the wedding day. Always remaining calm and cheerful, her years of wedding experience ensures the whole process is a breeze, including all the finer details which you may not have had a chance to think about - she always had them sorted. The venue staff provide impeccable service, and we have had nothing but positive feedback from our guests to say how beautiful the venue is, and how amazing the food was.
I recommend booking in a date early as it's so popular. We booked 18 months out from our wedding day and we had limited dates to choose from.

We could not have had a more perfect day - the sun shone, the flowers were stunning and the venue was so unbelievably organized. As a bride it made the day completely stress free and was happy knowing everything was setup the one we imagined. Annette and the crew looked after the guests so well and everyone was impressed by the service and how stunning the venue looked, right down to the little touches of hairspray and wedding essentials in the bathroom. I cannot thank Kumeu Valley enough for giving us the perfect day!

We had our wedding at Kumeu Valley Estate in February 2016 and couldn’t be happier with the venue, Annette, her staff and how the day turned out.

We were fortunate enough to have a beautiful sunny day and held our ceremony at the pergola area on the lawn. KVE has a lovely relaxed and tranquil feeling to it, which was perfect for our mingling and lawn games that followed our ceremony. The reception area is beautiful with its high ceilings and open sides and was perfect on a summer’s night. It had a great indoor and outdoor flow, and the separate dancing area meant guests were able to talk freely in the main area, whilst dancers could sing and dance the night away, everyone was happy.

Annette was invaluable! Right the way through from our first planning meeting to the day of our wedding, we always felt confident in her abilities. She was organised, caring and accommodating. She made it her priority to make our day as special and stress free as possible. Annette’s team are also very professional and attentive.

The food at KVE is a highlight; our guests were blown away by the standard of food. We received rave reviews from our guests, some even saying it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding!

For anyone thinking about having their wedding at Kumeu Valley Estate, we highly recommend it! My husband and I were elated with how our wedding turned out and are very grateful to Annette and her team for helping to give us the best day ever.

I recently had both my wedding ceremony and reception at Kumeu Valley Estate.

My wife and I both agree that it went perfectly for us and a lot of that is due to Annette from KVE. She was well organised, had fantastic ideas, was friendly and prepared for anything.

Planning a wedding can be very stressful and thankfully for us Annette thought of lots of things that we had never thought of.

All throughout the night we had guests commenting on how amazing the food was, the wines were and how beautiful the venue was. The staff were very professional and friendly.

For anyone thinking about KVE as their wedding venue, I would absolutely recommend them.

Many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food and we were provided with a lovely platter of canapés to take for our off site photo shoot. The setting was lovely and it was great to have the ceremony and reception at the same venue. The dance area was in a separate room which meant that people who wanted to relax could do so in the main reception room. We would highly recommend KVE for a wedding venue.

The food at the reception was fantastic.
Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they had been to.

They were very flexible with any special details we wanted to add, and didn't hesitate to accommodate 2 extra guests at the last minute (who were able to attend due to a delayed child birth!). As soon as we met with Annette and saw the stunning venue we knew we couldnt go anywhere else. Our wedding was magical from start to finish, the venue is stunning. Annette has decorated it with fairy lights and has truely thought of everything to make your wedding day special. The food is devine and the portion sizes are HUGE. Not only was my husband and I blown away by this venue all our guests can't stop raving about how perfect the wedding was. Everyone loved the venue and thought the food was amazing.

KVE was exactly what we wanted and totally exceeded our expectations. I can't thank Annette and her staff enough for how helpful they were, the whole experience was completely stress free. They took care of everything detail and Annette was so accommodating of my requests. I had lots of questions in the lead up to the day and she always answered promptly and with a smile.

The food was amazing, myself and our guests were blown away by the portion size and quality of the food.

The venue is stunning during the day and even better at night. So many of our guests have raved about what an awesome day it was.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending KVE to anyone, it is worth every cent! If we could go back and do it again I wouldn't change a single thing

I only have positive things to say about Kumeu Valley Estate. Annette and her team were so accommodating and really made the process from initial planning to the wedding day stress-free. This was ideal with so many other wedding details on my mind. The food was spectacular - and from feedback we've received from our guests the food was definitely a highlight for them too! To top it off the venue had the perfect feel of casual, cosy, romantic and rustic that we were wanting, as well as lots of light and greenery. I wouldn't change a thing! I can highly recommend Kumeu Valley Estate if you are looking for a wedding venue.
