The venue is in a secluded area on the stunning Matakana Wine Trail, allowing you the privacy and comfort to share the day with family and friends, without interruption and with complete focus from our experienced team.
Right off the restaurant, our flat and expansive lawn area overlooks the surrounding countryside and enjoys all day sunshine. This is the place to make those vows to one another, and sign the registry in our open sided chalet watched by your family and friends. We’ll bring the champagne to you! When the formalities are taken care of, your photographer or video producer and your wedding party need only amble a short way down to our nature trail or over to our vines to capture your formal images, the ones to last a lifetime
We are able to provide a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces to allow you and your guests the freedom to enjoy wine and canapes on our expansive deck, before being welcomed into the restaurant and the stunning Rengarenga Room for dinner and an evening you will cherish forever… simply perfect.
The restaurant can be configured to accommodate a large open wedding of up to 130 guests a la carte style, or split into more intimate areas for those looking to share their day with fewer guests. Our interiors provide an elegant and warm setting for you and your guests to enjoy the day in comfort and capture those long lasting memories..
As the day draws to a close, our 12 new luxury villas, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms are also a short walk away. Set in our landscaped grounds, these are warm, comfortable and beautifully appointed and each bedroom leads to an outdoor space. Every bedroom features a king sized bed and has its own fully tiled ensuite bathroom with rain forest shower, heated floor and demisting mirror. The villas are private and stylish and parking is right outside. We even have parking for your helicopter, with our own helipad, should you choose to arrive or depart in even greater style.
