On the day of the reception, everything flowed smoothly and created a beautiful experience for our guests and families. The staff were wonderful to work with throughout the process, and we appreciated the way they supported us to bring the celebration together. We are grateful for the hospitality and service provided by Pullman Auckland and would happily recommend the venue to others planning a special occasion.

The communication throughout the planning process was excellent - the team was responsive, clear and made everything feel easy. A special thank you for arranging the menu tasting and for being so accommodating with meeting times, especially while we were planning the wedding from overseas. It made a huge help knowing you were flexible and worked around our schedule and time zone. Even with last minute changes to arrangements, staff were still able to make the day run as smoothly as possible. What stood our most was how accepting and open you were to our culture. You welcomed traditional kava ceremony and took the time to learn more about it so you could accommodate our needs properly on the day. It meant a lot to have our traditions respected and included so seamlessly. Thank you for making our wedding day so special and for going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.
