From the moment you enter our architecturally designed winery, you will be charmed by theMediterranean style which reflects our Dalmatian heritage. Hinuera stone has been used tomirror the traditional stone buildings of our homeland. The extensive use of bi-folding cedardoors in the café and function rooms provides the ultimate in indoor/outdoor dining facilities,tailored to suit your needs. We have designed our winery with weddings in mind, creating a range of options for roomcombinations. All rooms open onto the outdoor covered patio area by way of folding doors, where you and your guests can relax with a glass ofwine and pre-dinner canapés. I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how pleased we were to have our wedding at Soljans last month. It totally exceeded our expectations and we had the best day possible. Nothing seemed impossible or too much trouble. Everything we asked about we could do, and it just made the whole experience leading up to our day so easy! On the day, our wedding ran so smoothly and that was all thanks to your amazing staff. We had Chris look after us, and we could not have been in better hands, he was fantastic! He made sure the evening ran smoothly and helped us with anything we needed from photos to food!! We also had a waiter Tai who I was also super impressed with. Straight after the ceremony he introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could get us. Again, nothing was too much trouble and he was very professional the whole evening. The venue was awesome, the food and wine was amazing but your staff are exceptional and that’s what helped make our day. We are so pleased we had our wedding at Soljans, thank you for the wonderful service you provide!

Thank you so much for all your help in the organisation of our wedding. We really did have an awesome time as did our guests. All of the Soljan’s staff who were present did a great job. I have had positive feedback from guests about how accommodating the staff were. I’ve also had really good feedback about the quality of the food and wine. Thanks again for making it such a great experience for us.

We had a wonderful day! It was absolutely perfect and definitely everything that we hoped for. The venue looked amazing, the staff were great and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you so much for all the work that you put in to making our day perfect. In particular, I want to thank you for your last minute suggestion with the organza for the ceremony – it added a really nice touch! The idea of having our wedding in the courtyard was difficult for me to process as I really wanted it on the lawn but in the end I loved the location and looking back I wouldn’t change a thing.

We had an incredible wedding at Soljans recently thanks to Alex (Soljans event manager) and the team. Alex is very professional, organised, helpful and quick to respond to many of our enquiries. We’ve had great response from our guests about the food (we went for the buffet option) and the wines. The buffet menu caters for our guests’ special dietary requirements (we have a vegetarian, a person with dairy-allergy, and a Muslim). The chef also made me non-alcoholic tiramisu as I am allergic to alcohol, and also able to make the fruit salad non-alcoholic as we have guests with children (on the original menu, the fruit salad was to be infused with alcohol). We looked at few other venues before confirming with Soljans and we were very happy with our decision. On the night, Brittany and the team were very helpful and took the stress off me and my husband. They did the setup beautifully as we wanted it to be, and throughout the night they attended to us and our family and our guests. We were very impressed with their professionalism. One thing to note is that we didn’t know that Alex has charged us an estimate price for the 2 bottles of wines per guest table on our final invoice. We were not made aware that the price on the final invoice is only an estimate, so we were quite surprised to receive a 2nd final invoice after our wedding. We thought we have paid everything. We have pointed this out to Alex and hopefully Soljans will make other bride & groom aware of this estimate arrangement for wines on tables. Overall, Soljans is a very great venue to have and we didn’t regret having our wedding here. We had a blast, and our guests were happy. We all enjoyed the atmosphere, the food & beverages. Alex and the team were very professional and helpful. We would be happy to recommend Soljans to anyone planning their wedding or any other special celebrations (anniversaries, birthdays).
