Situated at the gateway to Kumeu Wine Country, Soljans Estate Winery is only 20 minutes from the heart of Auckland City, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of the City itself. From the moment you enter our architecturally designed winery, you will be charmed by the Mediterranean style, reflecting our Dalmatian heritage. Hinuera stone has been used to mirror the traditional stone buildings of our homeland. The extensive use of bi-folding cedar doors in the café and function rooms provides the ultimate in indoor/outdoor dining facilities, tailored to suit your needs. We have designed our winery with weddings in mind, creating a range of options for room combinations. All rooms open onto the outdoor covered patio area by way of folding doors, where you and your guests can relax with a glass of wine and pre-dinner canapés. Dear Sophie, Thank you so much for arranging our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. We were very happy with how it turned out. Every detail was perfect! We found everything to our satisfaction, indoors, outdoors and great food and drinks. Thank you to Soljans Estate Winery and their staff. To Chris, Sophie, & the whole team took care of our individual needs and got everybody what they needed. We’re impressed with all your work and your professionalism from the start. You we’re committed in planning out the tiniest details. With perfect seating style made the decorations even more impeccable. You all played a significant role in the success of our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you again for your kind hospitality. Please also extend our gratitude to Samara. To the chef and the kitchen team, the food were amazing and super delicious! We all appreciate their effort and we were truly fortunate to have such a talented chef with us. We had so much fun and all of our guests were very impressed. Everyone was talking about it for days after. We truly appreciate all the hard work you put into us having a great time.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how pleased we were to have our wedding at Soljans last month. It totally exceeded our expectations and we had the best day possible. Nothing seemed impossible or too much trouble. Everything we asked about we could do, and it just made the whole experience leading up to our day so easy! On the day, our wedding ran so smoothly and that was all thanks to your amazing staff. We had Chris look after us, and we could not have been in better hands, he was fantastic! He made sure the evening ran smoothly and helped us with anything we needed from photos to food!! We also had a waiter Tai who I was also super impressed with. Straight after the ceremony he introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could get us. Again, nothing was too much trouble and he was very professional the whole evening. The venue was awesome, the food and wine was amazing but your staff are exceptional and that’s what helped make our day. We are so pleased we had our wedding at Soljans, thank you for the wonderful service you provide!

Thank you so much for all your help in the organisation of our wedding. We really did have an awesome time as did our guests. All of the Soljan’s staff who were present did a great job. I have had positive feedback from guests about how accommodating the staff were. I’ve also had really good feedback about the quality of the food and wine. We had a wonderful day! It was absolutely perfect and definitely everything that we hoped for. The venue looked amazing, the staff were great and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you so much for all the work that you put in to making our day perfect. In particular, I want to thank you for your last minute suggestion with the organza for the ceremony – it added a really nice touch! The idea of having our wedding in the courtyard was difficult for me to process as I really wanted it on the lawn but in the end I loved the location and looking back I wouldn’t change a thing.

Hi Brittany, Thanks so so much for the amazing day you and your staff helped to create on Saturday. It was such a great day for the both of us – despite the rain! – and so many people commented on the lovely staff and the delicious food you served – the creme brulee was my fav ???? Thanks especially to you for helping me out on this long 11 months journey with all the constant emails and questions and for helping me out on the day. Thanks also to Antoinette and Melissa who were so friendly, calm and lovely for the whole evening. I also had 2 last minute walk-in guests plus a little baby which wasn’t in my count. Your staff were so cool with this on the say, which I really appreciate. Thanks heaps Brittany and have a lovely day! Chika!

Hi Brittany, I wanted to thank you and the team for the impeccable experience in having our wedding with Soljans. You were so helpful and nothing was a problem through out the whole process. I really appreciated the help with the table plan and even helping change things at the last minute. We loved having the fish bowl silk flowers with fairy lights and table numbers as it meant I had a couple less expenses and things to organise and also they were really stylish. The service on the day and night was second to none. Tai was our waiter and as I’ve said to many people the wait staff couldn’t do enough for us. We felt pampered the entire night. Tai was so very professional and friendly. He was fantastic. Can you please thank him on our behalf. The kids were a little unruly on the night getting under some tables but the wait staff were wonderful and were non plussed about them having a little fun. Everyone was great. Basically the experience was absolutely amazing as were our photos set in the backdrop of the beautiful vineyard and the cellar. The kids had the most wonderful experience and thanks for the support Brittany in being there to help time us walk down the isle (even if I did get lost going down the actual aisle). The flower petal on the ground going down the aisle were perfect and basically the whole experience was wonderful. Thanks for making our wedding so special. Kind regards Karen and Chris
