We fell in love with the look of Tui Hills - it was the first venue we viewed and we cancelled our other viewings and booked on the spot. The 'tucked away' feel (without a huge drive for guests) and the gorgeous greenery surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception.
We loved the flowers (fresh and silk) and styling across the ceremony and reception. It was great for it to be provided as we felt like our ceremony was gorgeously styled - without us having to think too hard and plan it out.
Booking everything in planning the day was a piece of cake. Tui Hills looked after everything, providing an extremely easy to use planning spreadsheet & lots of help to get things ready.

Tui Hills basically includes a wedding planner as part of their package. Every detail had been discussed prior to the big day and it couldn’t have run smoother. There were no surprises and we were able to just enjoy the day stress-free. Everyone at Tui Hills was flexible and accommodating, they made sure that we were happy with all aspects of our wedding.
Paige was fantastic and she brought us champagne straight after the ceremony and while our photos were being taken (because we couldn’t get to the bar). She also brought us over canapés and our dinner so that we got to try everything and didn’t have to go over to the buffet. I couldn’t stop smiling all day and many of our guests said it was the best and happiest wedding they had ever been to.

My husband and I had waited over 5 years of being engaged to get married, and this was the wedding we had dreamed of all of this time. Tui Hills made all of our fairytale hopes and dreams come to life.
The photobooth was a massive hit. I have hundreds of photos to download to prove it haha. Our guests went wild when they saw the photobooth and it was hard to get them off of it to go and enjoy their food.
The food and drink was astounding. Every guest had practically cleared each meal as they came out! We had only heard great things from our guests, including a couple of them saying it was the best wedding cake and canapes they had ever tasted.

Everyone loved the venue. The garden area, canape area and the dining hall were amazing. It was clean, pristine and beautiful. The styling was beautiful. Colours matched the theme and the amount of decor was the right amount. The Tui suite was so useful for us - we loved the platter that came with it.
Planning was incredible. Special thanks to Virginia and Stephanie. I didnt have to worry on the day. Everything was taken care of. Cannot speak more about the planning. It was top-notch.

They gave us exactly what we asked for and expected, as well as accommodating our cultural needs.
Communicating with vendors, the planning timeline and expectations were clear and helped to keep us on track with what was needed. The styling was as expected as part of the classic package - extensive use of flowers and silk flowers to create a beautiful look. The venue florist was attentive to what we wanted and communicated well.

The Venue was so beautiful throughout the whole day and evening. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how so many people had taken notes of things they wanted at their upcoming wedding. I would personally give the venue a 1000/10.
It was 5-star food - amazing in every section. All the reviews we had from our guests were that the food was exceptional.
The Tui suite was definitely one of the best decisions we made for the day. It made the getting ready process so easy, especially with last-minute things that needed to be sorted at the venue - I would definitely recommend.

The Tui Suite was super helpful for the bride to get ready on site. I understand there was a platter but unfortunately her nerves restricted her from eating much. The games we had on the lawn and the photo booth were so good and I saw many people getting the use out of it.
The service of the team and planning was excellent. We were so happy with how smoothly everything went and how friendly all the staff were. Our host Paige kept everything running smoothly and our planning meetings were so smooth and clear to understand.
The food was decadent and delicious. All our guests were raving about how good everything tasted. It was so good that I would have loved to take some home but I don't think there was anything left.

Tui Hills took all the stress out of having to think about how to style the venue, picking flowers etc. The wonderful florist they work alongside with decorated the venue beautifully, and was so easy to work with.
Going into planning our wedding I felt so overwhelmed and lost having not been to many weddings, but they showed us what it would look like, gave their professional opinions and helped us to pick colours that really complemented not only the venue but also us. I really appreciated how Tui Hills styled the venue but we were still able to add in things of our own that were special to us to make it a truly special and magical day.
As for the food - AMAZING! There really are no other words to describe the food and drink served, all our guests commented on how delicious it all was, and they are still talking about it over a week later. I'm certain nobody left hungry that night! Tui Hills were also great at accommodating to our friends and whanau who had allergies or other dietary restrictions.

Tui Hills was the first venue on our list to go visit that day. After seeing the amazing venue and learning there was a miraculous free Saturday around the time we wanted, we cancelled our other viewings and immediately booked in with Tui Hills that same day.
Me, Keegan and the family and friends who were with us were pretty blown away. It was beyond what we expected of a venue. We wanted a place that would impress our guests and look fantastic in photos, and Tui Hills easily achieved that.

The overall aesthetic, look, having the options to have a wet or dry ceremony, the all-inclusive package, and the extras we could have on top as an option took a lot of the pressure and stress away from us and it meant we didn't need to seek for those elsewhere as it was all included in the package we choose and then of course choosing to add to it.
Memories to last a lifetime! and we are soooo very happy that we chose Tui Hills out of all the venues we viewed and looked at. Recommending it to everyone!

The staff at Tui Hills are incredible and made the entire process as easy as possible, especially since we were living overseas while planning our wedding! They are pros at what they do, and were there to help us in any way possible and answer all of our myriad questions. On the wedding day itself, they were unbelievably attentive and upbeat. I couldn't recommend them more.
The photobooth was a winning addition! The styling was elegant and gorgeous, with an abundance of beautiful flowers. We couldn't get over how many roses there were! The entire set-up was magical.

Delicious - that’s really all I can say about the food. Everyone complimented different dishes. So so yum. Only wish was that I would have eaten more. Menu options were options all kiwis would love.

We chose Tui Hills because, from the very start, we felt the warmth of the people at the venue. Planning was easy, stress-free and organised which is important for busy couples.
The food was spot on especially the seared scallops, pork belly and panacotta. There was a wide range of selections for our three-course seated menu. Also, the canapés were generous and tasted incredible. We received several compliments from our guests about how great the food was. We arranged a 6-hour drinks service and the guests were very happy. The food selection and packages were also a major factor for us. We love the menu.

Planning was an absolute breeze with the venues shared online spreadsheet! We love a spreadsheet!. Our host listened to our every need also provided extra onsite visits which made our dream day come true.
The styling and the style of the venue are lovely. The range of styling props like the neon love letters, aisle flowers and venue seating is very classy and completes the venue's look. We provided our own greenery for the tables and as our wedding took place on a Thursday we were given the opportunity to decorate the tables the day before after our rehearsal, this took the pressure off our wedding day.

The beautiful nature of the venue really stood out to us when we were looking at venues. The rotunda also added to the charm of the garden setting. I set out with the idea of having a “secret garden” feel for our day and the venue certainly delivered!

We fell in love with the venue on our first visit to Tui Hills. The ceremony space was lovely and green, felt intimate and was accompanied by bird song. On the day once the flowers, decor and final touches were added we were blown away. Everything was immaculate and arranged perfectly without us having to worry. The burgundy and white flowers added a pop of colour to the tables, and fit the green space very well. We couldn't have been happier with how everything.
Tui Hills helped with a lot of our preparation. They made what would otherwise have been a hugely daunting and stressful task relatively pain-free. One of the main things we remember was their flexibility and ability to accommodate our preferences.

A huge thank you for making our day so magical. We loved the serenity and the calmness of Tui Hills and how intimate it is. The option of both ceremony spaces were equally as beautiful which took away and stress around the weather. The rotunda for getting married/ evening photos.
We have always been well looked after, not only on the day were we always checked in on, but also the lead up to the wedding we were always well informed and it was so stress-free and any doubts, questions or concerns were always dealt with and we felt very confident we were really being heard and looked after.

The whole process of planning the wedding was fun and done with such ease. all meetings were virtual as we reside overseas. But the communication from start to finish was great as Tui Hills was quick to respond to all my queries.
Food and drink were amazing. We and our guests enjoyed it thoroughly. The amount of food that was served was impressive. But above all, the quality of the food was impressive — love love love the salmon and beef!! And the add-on mocktail was perfect! Especially to our guests who don’t drink alcoholic beverages.

The moment we parked and walked through to the doors, we already knew that we were picking Tui Hills. Just the entrance alone was the place we had envisioned having our special day in. Ultimately, the staff being so accommodating and organised convinced me that this was the venue to choose.
The food was amazing! Even before viewing the venue, a little bit of my research showed that people have raved about the food. And as one who have tried it myself, it definitely exceeded our expectations! All our guests talked about how much food there were and how great the feed was.

The venue is stunning! It's intimate and great for all group sizes. The layout was great because the ceremony and reception were held at the same venue. There is also now a newly built pavilion which is beautifully designed. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!
There were many options to choose from to suit couples' budgets. Upgrades available too. The food was delicious. Good variety! Great quality food and drink! Ciders, beers, wine, spirits and cocktails are available. Kids also loved their meals!
