The package selection made everything really easy and we were able to just tick boxes (exactly the low stress wedding we wanted) and let our amazing planner Virginia know what we wanted. Whatever we had in mind, she made it happen! Pricing was totally fair and coming from the UK we were impressed with the affordability.
The venue alone was stunning with its natural beauty. We were so glad we picked the venue, sight unseen (we booked it from London!) and we were blown away. The flowers and design were spot on and we are so grateful!
Styling was effortless and natural and we can’t wait to look back at the photos for years to come! The table setting were so elegant.
Floralessence (one of the venue florists) did an amazing job with florals and I am so glad Tui hills work with them! My bouquet was STUNNING and my special request for white orchids was added with ease.
Food was amazing and well presented- special favorites included the fish crudo and the chocolate mousse!

The venue is very customisable, and the more you invest, the more seamless and stress-free the experience becomes. Combined with the beautiful setting and supportive team, it’s a fantastic option for a relaxed but well-executed wedding.
Our ceremony was at 4 pm, and the venue looked incredible. The greenery and natural bush setting created a really special atmosphere, and we even had a wood pigeon fly through during the ceremony, which made it feel very “NZ”.
The fairy lights outside added a nice touch to the evening, and the indoor-outdoor flow worked perfectly.
Our guests loved how private and secluded the venue felt, being tucked away from the street. We also loved the 3 distinct sections for the different parts of the wedding (Ceremony, canapé hour, and Reception)

We massively appreciated the planning services provided, the team were extremely helpful and almost everything we asked for was able to be catered for which was amazing.
We all loved the food and drinks provided, and had only positive comments from our guests. The food was all delicious and was cooked perfectly. The drinks package was excellent, and it was great that we could add on to this to tailor it to exactly what we wanted.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the option of the concierge package is also a huge benefit for anyone trying to plan a wedding that doesn’t live in the area, and this made our wedding planning almost completely stress-free, even from the UK.

It was the best value amongst all the other venues and packages we looked at + the vibe of Stephanie was what sealed the deal for us! The package made sense and definitely felt like the best bang for buck!
The venue looked so magical and very well-made. It was raining a few days prior and yet we weren’t worried at all if we had to use the indoor space because it was just as high quality as the garden.
We and guests always had that “wow” reaction from the moment we enter the Tui hills parking lot. It has that high curbside wow factor and then it does not disappoint inside. Definitely felt like a destination wedding.
The food was delicious and our guests enjoyed it so much! Our international guests especially loved the craft hallertau beer.

The planning service was the icing on the cake - from the initial conversation with Virginia, to the planning meeting with Nadine to having Stephanie as our wedding host, everything was perfect. They all made it so stress free and made me feel really well looked after and excited for my day.
At no point was I worried about anything with the venue or the timing. Thank you so much for all the organising and sorting each and every one of you did. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you!

The venue itself is so gorgeous - such a beautiful setting to get married. Even with the rain, it was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was styled beautifully and the greenery was exactly the look we were after - absolutely perfect.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and perfect! It had the exact greenery and lighting that we wanted. It was perfectly curated for our special day and the staff took great care and attention in how they decorated and planned the space for our wedding.
The package was such a great option for us because we were both working professionals who did not have the time or mental bandwidth to plan the ins and outs of the wedding.
Also, planning the wedding was overwhelming so having the pop-up wedding as a package was perfect for us and we are so happy with how the day turned out. The pricing was perfect for a wedding option and the team were very clear with what we could add and also very transparent with pricing.
The styling and venue flowers were exactly what we wanted. I didn’t know what to expect with the flower styling but when I saw it in person, I got so emotional because it was exactly what I had hoped it would be and more. It was one of my favourite parts of the day.

Tui Hills basically includes a wedding planner as part of their package. Every detail had been discussed prior to the big day and it couldn’t have run smoother. There were no surprises and we were able to just enjoy the day stress-free. Everyone at Tui Hills was flexible and accommodating, they made sure that we were happy with all aspects of our wedding.
Paige was fantastic and she brought us champagne straight after the ceremony and while our photos were being taken (because we couldn’t get to the bar). She also brought us over canapés and our dinner so that we got to try everything and didn’t have to go over to the buffet. I couldn’t stop smiling all day and many of our guests said it was the best and happiest wedding they had ever been to.

The Venue was so beautiful throughout the whole day and evening. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how so many people had taken notes of things they wanted at their upcoming wedding. I would personally give the venue a 1000/10.
It was 5-star food - amazing in every section. All the reviews we had from our guests were that the food was exceptional.
The Tui suite was definitely one of the best decisions we made for the day. It made the getting ready process so easy, especially with last-minute things that needed to be sorted at the venue - I would definitely recommend.
