Shanel and her team are absolutely fantastic. They rescued us in our time of need after our original Videographer pulled out on us! Our videographer did such a great job of getting all of the shots discretely we watched our film back and consistently said "wow how did he manage to get that we didn't even see him". The video was back to us in record time and it was more beautiful that I dreamt it would be. I'm so glad we found them as the day went on I was so relieved they were there. The day goes so fast. You NEED both a photographer and videographer to capture the magic of the best day of your life. We almost missed out on a video and I am beyond grateful that we found Shanel and her friendly team xx

Very easy to communicate. Responsive. Super friendly and easy to work with. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for making the process stress free. Good sense of humour. We had to reschedule due to lockdown and MovingFilms took a lot of stress off of us by being so responsive and flexible. would be even better if they included the photos digital copies in the USB instead of having to download them one by one online.

Moving films were a delight to work with. Consistent, reliable and on the day you could hardly tell they were there but they caught all the key moments we hoped for and more. Shanel and her team were absolutely amazing and they have given us something that we will treasure for years to come. If you're on the fence about a video, its so worth it. Throughout the day I was so relieved to have them there capturing moments that we missed and moments we might forget in the years to come. We watched our video back 5 times on the night that we got it. I am so grateful to moving films for capturing our wedding, they have helped us more than they will ever know. Just wanted to write a little message again, nearly 5 years after our wedding to say that one thing we will always love and cherish from our wedding is the beautiful video you made for us. I never thought that so soon it would be one of the only videos we have of our beautiful Dad who sadly passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago. It is now truly one of, if not the most, precious thing I have. I haven't been able to watch the full video again yet, but I love knowing that I have it, and can watch it when I am ready, to see my Dad walk me down the aisle, say his speech and share our dance together. Thank you so much again. If anyone is on the fence about whether they want to hire Moving Films - do it, its something you will cherish forever.

They were fantastic from start to finish. I fell in love with their work and their professionalism, creativity and overall service was outstanding. I failed to find anybody in NZ who could capture what they do. Their sound and image quality is second to none and the editing is excellent. They really know how to put an amazing film together. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for premium workmanship.

Moving Films were outstanding!!! Have a look at their website and see what you think for yourself. Right from the first skype meeting, my Wife and I were certain that Shanel and Gray were the right people to capture our special day. Shanel was extremely detailed in getting to know us as a couple, and making sure we were going to be happy with the final result. On the day, both of them were really easy to get on with, and professional in every aspect. It was almost like having a couple of good friends capturing our day for us. Having received our final edit of our wedding this week, we could not be happier. Our selected songs were put into the video with purpose and thought as to how they mixed with the footage. Moving Films are worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

Moving Films are the most professional, creative and truly awesome videographers I’ve ever worked with. Our decision to have a wedding video made was very last minute and from the moment I met Shanel, I knew I was in safe hands. From the moment, Gray and his team arrived on the wedding day, i forgot they were there. They just blended into the background and quietly did their thing and capturing all the moments. When we received the first edit, I cried. It was the most beautiful video I had ever seen. Everything from the music to the video quality and the way it had been stitched together left me breathless. Out of everything we spent our money on for the wedding, this was by far the best thing. Our video captures moments that some of the photos don’t and I enjoy watching this video, far more than looking at the photos. The best thing about the video is that we get to see the emotion and happiness in the eyes of our family and friends. I have since used Moving Films for other momentous occasions in my life and I will continue to keep using them. If you don’t use them for your wedding, you are an absolute fool. These guys are truly the best!

Joel and I never planned on having our wedding filmed. I came across the Moving Films website first. I was reduced to tears by every video on their site. The moments they captured, the facial expressions, the considerable attention to detail – I knew we had to have them. Just to be safe, I reviewed other websites – nothing compared. Their level of professionalism was second to none. Gray and his team were polite and non-invasive. After a short while, we didn’t notice they were even there. Joel and I are happy beyond words with our final product. We will treasure these for a life time. We cannot thank Moving Films enough!! We highly recommend their services to anyone planning their dream wedding. Thank you from the bottom of our heart.

I genuinely do not know where to start with this review. I can't express how awesome these guys are. Incredibly professional from the beginning till the end and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The attention to detail is outstanding and the little suggestions and tips were fantastic. My husband is grump who hardly cracks a smile. Gray and his team got him to smile on the day and made sure all those little moments were captured on film. You never know they are there. They are just there in the background doing their thing and capturing all the moments. If you are going to spend anything on your wedding, it should be a video. We will treasure this till the day we die. Film captures some emotions that photos don't. If you don't use Moving Films for your video requirements, you are a fool. I could rave about Moving Films for hours and indeed I will. Thank you so much for our amazing wedding video, it's our most treasured keepsake from the wedding.

I am very happy with my choice to forego a photographer and hire videographers instead. I found Moving Films online and after watching some of the weddings they had covered, was sold on hiring them. The staff at Moving Films were lovely to deal with. They did an exceptional job capturing the beauty of the day, even though it was difficult with the weather! The montage video was easy to share with my family in the US, and I feel it conveyed much more than still photos. The filming quality was excellent, I couldn't have asked for better composition, and the editing is top notch.
