Amber and Jared are exceptionally talented at photography and videography!! Amber's pictures captured so many naturally beautiful moments, she has such a good eye for finding the special unnoticed moments and we loved the pictures she took of us at Hamilton Gardens as well. Jared, what can I say, he is a master of his craft as a videographer, it's such a beautiful thing to see what he can do with his talent and be a part of it. We loved the video!!!!! It's so beautifully and artfully done, we felt so many emotions and love the way he weaved in and out of the candid authentic moments! This video is so special, thank you for making this, we will cherish it for our whole life!

I called Jared the day before our wedding and by dome small miracle he had space to shoot ours the next day! What he delivered was unreal. Captured our day perfectly, and it was so great being able to relive the moments that I had forgotten/breezed over on the day. Highly recommend getting the speeches add on too if you can. The colour grading of our finished film, the way he intertwined readings as a voice over. Everything, so professionally done and brought to life the vibe of our day so well. We were privileged to have Amber and Jared at our wedding and to say they are amazing is a severe understatement. These guys are absolutely insane! Far out! We can't thank them enough for all their hard work especially given the challenges around capturing a wedding during the winter. Our day was jam-packed but they really went above and beyond and captured everything so beautifully and without being invasive either. It's as if they were invisible the entire day. We certainly didn't make it easy for them with things running behind schedule to begin with, but they were so adaptable and calm with Jared making the occasional quip to ensure we were relaxed too (and it worked!). We loved working with Amber before the reception as well; she was so likeable and made everyone feel super relaxed. It's clear from the outset why Perspectives is the best in the business. We cannot recommend them enough. They really are second to none!

After almost 6 months of planning a weeding overseas, the pandemic made us change plans to have a wedding here in NZ instead. Organising a wedding with 250+ guests at such short notice was no easy feat and the team at Perspectives made the process that much easier by being so responsive and proactive with their communications. They are all about capturing the best vibes and candid moments from the occasion on photo and film and boy did they deliver! The planning and execution was transparent and flawless plus their ability to capture the precious moments was very evident in their work. You don't really notice that they're there which is pleasantly surprising when you see the quality of the end results. These guys really know how to work with what they've got (and we had our outdoor ceremony interrupted by rain and wind!) and make everyone feel at ease! We can't thank Amber, Jared and Zahn enough for the amazing work they did for us and for the price you pay, it really is the best value you'll get. 11/10 recommend to anyone having their wedding or other special events!

Long overdue review! Jared’s creativity with our wedding highlight film was one of a kind! Both my husband and I loved it. Had heaps of fun and positive feedback from friends and families who have seen it too! Jared made it so unique and it was both so fun and moving every time we watch it (I have seen it so many times myself when we first got it)! We also loved the way Jared created our ceremony, first dance and speeches film! Jared was super easy to work with and lovely to have around! Thank you for getting to know us and using what you know about us to add into the creation of your cinematic films. We didn’t totally realise how lucky we were to have the Perspectives team at our wedding when we first booked them. When our plans changed (multiple times due to COVID) and we decided to have a small ceremony, they adapted with us and we really appreciated their flexibility, and prompt and clear communication. Amber and Jared’s passion for their craft was clearly evident from our stunning wedding photos and videos. The quality of these was particularly appreciated by our extended family and friends who were unable to be with us during our wedding. Amber and Jared managed to capture the essence of our Indian wedding spectacularly and our location shoots were better than anything we could have imagined! They made us feel at ease throughout our wedding ceremony and photoshoot. They also added multiple thoughtful touches throughout the weekend which went above and beyond. A huge thank you to Amber, Jared and Paul for their amazing work. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jared and Amber are the best investment for your wedding. Enough said. Every bride wants to look their best and Jared and Amber truely are the best people to make it happen. Not only do they produce exceptional results, they make the experience of going off and taking photos fun and relaxing (especially for someone like me who doesn't feel comfortable in front of a camera). I cannot rave about them enough and will forever recommend them. They are funny, warm, kind and absolute ninjas at the best of times. They are also the best communicators, when plans weren't going to plan, we knew we would have a photographer and videographer. Phenomenal photos and video and zero stress. Perspectives Photo & Cinema is the best decision you will make for your wedding.

A five star service from Perspectives!!! Isaac, Jared, Jay and their amazing team captured our day. We are based in Australia and we got married in New Zealand. My husband and I cannot recommend Perspectives enough! We want to thank Jared and Jola for capturing our day beautifully. Before our wedding, communication was very comfortable, easy and quick. The team was able to answer all our questions, ease any concerns and accommodate our needs. Jared, is so full of experience and is not afraid to share that with you too! He's got such great insight and calms any nerves when being in front of the camera (you don't even realise they're there once the day starts!) We recently got our highlights and feature film, and we cannot get enough of them. Each time we watch them, we love them even more. It is crazy, but it really shows the talent when Perspectives are able capture everything that is important to you and not only show you your special day, but also tell a story about the both of you as couple. I can't recommend them enough, everyone has been asking who our photographer/videographer was! We've been to a few weddings already with perspective as the photography team, and the photos they take never disappoint. What we loved most what that they were able to capture the moment and emotions of the day. Nina and I were both very nervous on the wedding day, but they made it very comfortable for us - they were very accommodating to our wedding schedule (hectic!) and was being patient with us. My now husband and I had the awesome team at Perspectives film our wedding day. Jared and Jola are super friendly, incredible people. They filmed our day but did it all candid, and we felt like they were just a part of the guests. We were extremely comfortable around them and it really shows on film because we're ourselves in the film. Their video of our wedding captured my husband and I PERFECTLY, we love the video SO MUCH! This review is long overdue but Jarrod and the Perspectives team did an absolutely outstanding job of our wedding films, on Waiheke. They worked so well alongside our photographer, and were barely noticeable at the wedding. The finished result was better than we could have hoped for - a moving, beautiful capture of the day, with a highlights video and then long form films of each section. We are so happy we decided to film our wedding, particularly as we lost our Dad some time afterwards, so it is amazing to have his speech recorded on film for us and his grandchildren to see. Highly recommend the team at Perspectives for a beautiful job.

We are currently sitting debating how to find the words to tell you how we feel after watching our highlights video. But there aren’t words!!!! We have a hugest, face splitting grins on our faces and tears in our eyes!!! You took us on an emotion rollercoaster – in 5 minutes! Smiles, tears and laughter!!! We watched the feature film on the weekend and you had us both in tears. In a day full of highlights you have a way of spotting the really magical moments and weaving them into a wonderful story that captured the sentiment and feeling of our day. Even the film title summed up the emotion of the day so perfectly. We weren’t expecting the ceremony and speeches videos to be fully edited as well so this was a really nice surprise. Amber and Jared managed to capture the essence of our Indian wedding spectacularly and our location shoots were better than anything we could have imagined! They made us feel at ease throughout our wedding ceremony and photoshoot. They also added multiple thoughtful touches throughout the weekend which went above and beyond. Jared and Amber are the best investment for your wedding. Enough said. Every bride wants to look their best and Jared and Amber truely are the best people to make it happen. Not only do they produce exceptional results, they make the experience of going off and taking photos fun and relaxing (especially for someone like me who doesn't feel comfortable in front of a camera). I cannot rave about them enough and will forever recommend them. They are funny, warm, kind and absolute ninjas at the best of times. They are also the best communicators, when plans weren't going to plan, we knew we would have a photographer and videographer. Phenomenal photos and video and zero stress. Perspectives Photo & Cinema is the best decision you will make for your wedding.

I can't recommend Perspectives enough! They were so great at communicating through the whole process, made us feel at ease in front of the camera, captured amazing photos and moments from the day, and delivered the photos and videos quickly after the day! A five star service from Perspectives!!! Isaac, Jared, Jay and their amazing team captured our day. We are based in Australia and we got married in New Zealand. My husband and I cannot recommend Perspectives enough! We want to thank Jared and Jola for capturing our day beautifully. Before our wedding, communication was very comfortable, easy and quick. The team was able to answer all our questions, ease any concerns and accommodate our needs. Jared, is so full of experience and is not afraid to share that with you too! He's got such great insight and calms any nerves when being in front of the camera (you don't even realise they're there once the day starts!) We recently got our highlights and feature film, and we cannot get enough of them. Each time we watch them, we love them even more. It is crazy, but it really shows the talent when Perspectives are able capture everything that is important to you and not only show you your special day, but also tell a story about the both of you as couple. The sweet moments, the inside jokes and even moments that you don't realise have become moments. I promise you won't go wrong with them!

I can't recommend them enough, everyone has been asking who our photographer/videographer was! We've been to a few weddings already with perspective as the photography team, and the photos they take never disappoint. What we loved most what that they were able to capture the moment and emotions of the day. Nina and I were both very nervous on the wedding day, but they made it very comfortable for us - they were very accommodating to our wedding schedule (hectic!) and was being patient with us. I can't thank them enough for capturing one of our most important days in our life, when we go back to look at our photos/videos again - all those emotions we felt on the day come rushing back. My now husband and I had the awesome team at Perspectives film our wedding day. Jared and Jola are super friendly, incredible people. They filmed our day but did it all candid, and we felt like they were just a part of the guests. We were extremely comfortable around them and it really shows on film because we're ourselves in the film. Their video of our wedding captured my husband and I PERFECTLY, we love the video SO MUCH! They are absolutely perfect people to work with, and would hire them again in a heartbeat! You cannot go wrong with them and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Wow, wow, wow! After searching tirelessly for a wedding photographer and videographer we finally found what we were looking for! Their work stood out by a mile and immediately knew we had to choose Perspectives. Amber, Jared and their team were phenomenal! We were blown away! This review is long overdue but Jarrod and the Perspectives team did an absolutely outstanding job of our wedding films, on Waiheke. They worked so well alongside our photographer, and were barely noticeable at the wedding. The finished result was better than we could have hoped for - a moving, beautiful capture of the day, with a highlights video and then long form films of each section. We are so happy we decided to film our wedding, particularly as we lost our Dad some time afterwards, so it is amazing to have his speech recorded on film for us and his grandchildren to see. Highly recommend the team at Perspectives for a beautiful job.

Issac and Alex were awesome photographers and so was Jared and Jay as our videographers. They blended in so well with our wedding. We hardly noticed they were there and the photos turned out amazing. I love all the different shots they got. I can't wait for the video to come out. They are well worth the money. Photos are the one thing you take away from the day forever.

We are currently sitting debating how to find the words to tell you how we feel after watching our highlights video. But there aren’t words!!!! We have a hugest, face splitting grins on our faces and tears in our eyes!!! You took us on an emotion rollercoaster – in 5 minutes! Smiles, tears and laughter!!! This is way beyond the amazing and perfect film we wanted and we are over the moon! You perfectly captured everything right from the early morning through to the crazy night! Even the music fits perfectly! Thank you so much!! Now we have to go and watch it again!

We watched the feature film on the weekend and you had us both in tears. In a day full of highlights you have a way of spotting the really magical moments and weaving them into a wonderful story that captured the sentiment and feeling of our day. Even the film title summed up the emotion of the day so perfectly. We weren’t expecting the ceremony and speeches videos to be fully edited as well so this was a really nice surprise. We are so happy to have these special memories captured so we can relive the day again and again. We are so incredibly grateful and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
