What was one non-negotiable for your wedding?

"For us, it was important to keep our wedding small and intimate, surrounded only by our closest family. We wanted the day to feel personal, relaxed, and focused on what mattered most — celebrating our love with the people who mean everything to us."

What was the best investment you made for your day?

"Without a doubt, our best investment was in the incredible team that brought our day together. The venue and staff at The Hotel Britomart made everything seamless and completely stress-free. Our photographer, Kasia, was amazing — her easygoing nature made us feel so comfortable, and she captured everything exactly as we’d hoped. And lastly, the Isadia team truly delivered on the florals, bringing our vision to life more beautifully than we imagined."

Did you put your own twist on any traditions, or break a few entirely?

"Yes, we definitely put our own twist on some traditions. Instead of waiting until after the ceremony, we chose to have a private first look and take our portraits beforehand. We also wrote and shared private vows with each other before the ceremony, which made the day feel even more personal and meaningful. It helped us relax and focus on each other before sharing the moment with everyone else."

What caught you off guard, in the best or most unexpected way?

"What caught me off guard — in the best way — was how smoothly everything went. The day flew by so fast it honestly felt like a fever dream. Even with all the planning and nerves, everything just seemed to fall perfectly into place, which was such a wonderful surprise."

What wedding planning advice would you pass on to other couples?

"Our advice to other couples would be: don’t stress trying to please everyone else — remember, it’s your special day. Trust your instincts, choose what feels right for you as a couple, and cherish every moment. When you focus on what truly matters to you, the day will be unforgettable in the best way."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our day to life.
