Jordan and Dieter

"I was head over heels for Dieter from the moment I met him. It all started with friendship, of course, as most solid relationships do. My best friend introduced us and we got on like a house on fire. I became an integral part of the friendship circle, which was lovely - and also gave me a chance to get to know Dieter even better. We ended up spending a lot of time with one another, supporting and listening to each other. We formed this bond that ended up becoming something even greater than we could’ve imagined. After three years of being close friends, it took one more fantastic group night out to finally break out of the friend zone. The rest, as they say, is history! Choosing my wedding dress was so hard! It was probably the most stressful part of the wedding. I researched what each store carried before going in and trying them on. I really wanted something unique. When I first tried my Jessica Couture dress on, it wasn't entirely made, so they pinned me into it, and I just fell in love! The wedding dress style wasn't named when I tried it on. We joked about naming it after me, but Jessica Couture actually did, which was super special! Our celebrant, Kim, was fabulous. From day one, she was so organized, which made the process of putting our ceremony together super easy. She kicked the day off with the same vibe, organizing the MC and the crowd, making sure everyone was welcomed and knew the proceedings of the day before we got there - most notably, she calmed Dieter's nerves and had plenty of tissues at the ready! We couldn't have asked for a better celebrant; she made an effort to get to know us and our story, which was the most important thing for us. We hope our wedding reflected us as a couple. We wanted our guests to enjoy celebrating our love with us and look back on the day fondly. There wasn't any part of our wedding we weren't happy with! On the whole, our day was beautiful, fun and bougie!"
