The Museum has always been an icon of Auckland City. We've all been there, and we have all been inspired by its grandeur. To have a wedding there is special indeed. The rich history that fills the halls of the Museum seems to project a sense of prestige and respect. The eight ionic columns that tower over a grand staircase taking you into the Museum's beautiful atrium is an image many Aucklander's have imprinted in their minds. Which is why, no doubt, it is such a popular location for wedding photos.

A beautiful olive grove, and one of Metro’s Top 50 restaurants, Bracu is a stunning place to host your wedding. Nestled in a beautiful Mediterranean style garden, their elegantly constructed pavilion looks great in photos. With rich dark olive trees as your wedding backdrop, the photos will look like they were taken in an entirely different part of the world.

Sculptureum is a full-service wedding venue. So, when it was designed, things like photogenic potential was something that needed to be considered – boy did Sculptureum exceed expectations! The entire complex contains six art galleries and three sculpture gardens, so there is certainly no shortage of visuals. 540 acres of rural New Zealand farmland with an adorable farm-house. Jonkers Farm is great for a rustic wedding. The vast range of natural terrain makes for a unique set of wedding photos. It is damn near impossible to take a bad photo of this place. Jonkers farm is such a hidden gem. There is a number of spots around Markovina where you can take beautiful wedding shots. Long grass and old trees make for natural, Secret-Garden-like imagery. It is also home to the cutest little couple's swing you will ever see, which is not only fun, but it makes for some dreamy content when it comes to your wedding photos.

Located on Waiheke Island, Mudbrick is a distinguished Kiwi vineyard estate. This venue provides award-winning cuisine and epic views over the Hauraki Gulf. Waiheke Island is only a 40-minute ferry ride from Auckland CBD. Its luxury vintage architecture and decor give off a hopelessly romantic vibe.
