The Museum has always been an icon of Auckland City. We have all been there, we have all been inspired by its grandeur. To have a wedding there is special indeed. The rich history that fills the halls of the Museum seems to project a sense of prestige and respect. The 8 ionic columns that tower over a grand staricase taking you into the Museum's beautiful atrium is an image we all have imprinted in our minds. Which is why, no doubt, it is such a great location for wedding photos. It also provides a regal set of halls and rooms that make excellent backdrops.
