WOW, just WOW. From the moment we met Chris we knew that nothing could go wrong, and that gut feeling was right! Chris made us feel so relaxed, especially when days before a big rain storm was announced for our summer outdoor wedding. He was super chill and captured all the moments. He blended in as a guest and the quality of everything is incredible. We recomend that you get the video done as well! Worth every single dollar. We booked Chris for photography and video for our wedding and we are SO GLAD we did! His ability to capture not only the big important moments but also all the little moments was incredible. We planned our whole wedding around Chris' availability because we knew he was the best photographer out and he exceeded our expectations! On the day he made everything very natural and in the moment which my hubby and I wanted (nothing too staged), when we received your photos they were unbelievable. So many beautiful pictures that I didn't even see him take. He low key makes me want to get married again so we can relive it all! Chris' website clearly showcases the standard of his work and our experience was consistent with the photos we received - simply beautiful.
What the website doesn't tell you in the packages described is the value Chris adds to your wedding and planning experience. Everyone in NZ suffered in 2020 with Covid, yet Chris saw an opportunity to help his clients. He introduced us to a wonderful celebrant when our plans fell apart, offered to help with planning, helped to come up with solutions when things weren't going our way, he even offered to catch up for a beer and a chat just because. On the day, I was more stressed and anxious than I thought I would be, but Chris was an extremely calming presence - I cannot stress this enough. It was like having an extra groomsman - and made my wife and I really take a breath and enjoy the day.
Getting married was the best decision we ever made. Hiring Chris as our photographer is a close second.

Wow - well I don’t even know where to start! From the first initial meeting with Chris (who I found as another FB friend had used him!) we knew we found our photographer! His laid back, chilled persona kept us at ease right through the entire initial process and made us feel confident in the photographic arrangements for our wedding day.
We were lucky enough to catch up with him a few months before the wedding and do an engagement shoot - that definitely settled our nerves about being in front of a camera, and gave us some beautiful shots to keep.
The day of - Chris and Ethan were on time , professional and throughout the day - barely even knew they were there! They worked seamlessly into the party - capturing some beautiful pictures (and some crazy dance floor ones too!). One of my favourite moments of the day was just chilling with them both and the bridal party after the ceremony having some snacks and beverages before the more formal pics. A definite nerve relaxer!
Our photos and video are just more than we could’ve ever hoped for and are so lucky we will be able to keep and share these with family for many more years to come.

The best photographer! We knew as soon as we got engaged that we wanted Chris to be our photographer and it was probably the best decision we made. We have the most amazing wedding album. It captured moments we forgot all about, moments we didn’t even see and moments that were just perfect. Plus, Chris is hilarious and all of our guests loved him.

Chris photographed our wedding in Nov 2020 and did an amazing job! The photos are incredible, we couldn't be happier with them. He was so lovely to have around on the day, got along well with everyone and made everything fun. He was very easy to work with and professional, especially during Covid-19 when we had to postpone our original wedding. We both weren't very comfortable in front of a camera but Chris made us feel relaxed and ourselves and the photos really reflect that. Couldn't recommend him more!

Chris is awesome! From the first meeting, we felt comfortable with Chris and putting our most important memories into his hands. He is just the right mix; acting like a true professional while still feeling like a friend. Pictures exceeded expectations and still feel like 'us', even though they are Chris' style. He offered help with keeping timings on the day, co-ordinating with the venue and even directing cars to the right spot for first look photos. Definitely recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin..! I am beyond pleased with Chris and his work.
I think the photos and videos Chris produces speak for themselves- they are utterly stunning! He manages to capture every important moment so beautifully.
If you are unsure whether to get a video just do it, you will not regret it. The array of techniques used is unreal.
It’s not just the quality of work that makes Chris amazing - it is also his professional and easy going attitude. He made us feel completely comfortable and we absolutely loved having Chris and Ethan with us on our big day.
They were so much fun to work with and took any stress out of the day. One of our favourite moments of the day was off-roading with Chris and Ethan in their epic car looking for the perfect photo spot.
Not only did they take photos for us but throughout the day also helped me in and out of cars, helped hold my dress, my flowers and my drinks. Chris even helped hose down my dress when it was sandy then blow dry it with a leaf blower 😂
I would recommend Chris to absolutely everyone. Despite living in different cities we have definitely found our life long photographer!

I highly recommend Chris (& Ethan)! So easy to deal with, communication was always prompt & Chris was more than happy to help out with timelines etc. They were awesome on the day & we were 100% comfortable leaving it in their capable hands to capture our day.
