We had a small wedding of 27 people at Mudbrick and it was just beyond perfect. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Our ceremony was on top of the potager room and the views over the water and out to the city were spectacular. Many of our guests were spot on with their description of it being “picture perfect”. I can’t wait to see the photos! The staff were just phenomenal. They were all extremely friendly and everything ran so smoothly, it could not have gone better. We could just completely relax and know everything was well taken care of. The food was also really lovely and the wine is so good we ended up buying several bottles to take home with us! I think you just can’t go past Mudbrick for a small wedding, I felt that everyone put just as much effort into making our day perfect as they would a wedding with 100+ people. Also, value for money, I don’t think you can go past Mudbrick for a small wedding. Our day was simply amazing, thank you Mudbrick!

Where to start… Mudbrick was incredible. We knew the views and the wines would speak for themselves but the service and food we were given was superb. All of our guests and I mean every single one commented on how beautiful the food was. The waiting staff made our night look easy, going from service to service without any issues, every guest was well looked after. A drink was never empty, no one had to go to the bar, even the toilets were kept immaculate. The DJ we had (which is the resident DJ for Mudbrick) keep everyone on the dance floor all night. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better night! Good food, Good wine and lots of dancing! Right from when the guests arrived to canapés and drinks, through the seating of guests for their meals, cake, tea and coffee we were extremely well looked after. We are returning for our first wedding anniversary soon - with both sets of parents over from Australia! and we can’t wait! If you want a stress free, polished service with beautiful food and wines then look no further. Its worth every penny!

Karen, Leigh and the wider team that worked on our wedding a couple of weeks ago were just brilliant. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, and the hard work and effort that they put in was amazing. We felt so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and a lot of that is thanks to these guys for everything that they did. The attention to detail was just brilliant, to the set out of the ceremony area, the restaurant, even the platters the cake was put on! It really was just magical and we can’t thank the team enough. Karen put so much preparation into our day. I can only imagine how hard it is juggling so many weddings and getting the details just right, but she did (and we gave her a lot of very specific details!), and for that we are truly grateful. There were only a couple of hiccups before the wedding, one being our initial wedding planner left a couple of weeks before our wedding and we were never notified. The deep sinking feeling when we found out was awful as all those intricate details we had agreed we thought were out the window. But after going back for another meeting with Karen and filling in a couple of the blanks from her predecessor, she had it all under control. The other issue we had was after being given the wine list more than 4 times to select from, we got told (only after we had made our selections the week prior to the wedding) that most of those vintages were not available anymore. Furthermore, they had changed their pricing too! This again was quickly sorted out by Karen and they honored their old price list given we were less than a week out. With regards to the actual day, Leigh hosted such a well-run evening, he had absolutely everything under control and we didn’t notice one thing we would have done differently. His professionalism and prompt assistance with anything we requested was top notch. He is an absolute asset to the team there. And the wider team, we were truly grateful for all their hard work on the day, it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without them!
