Caiti and Joe

Photography by Curate Weddings

Caiti and Joe matched on Tinder and quickly realised - they were neighbours!

"My parents had bought 30 acres in Bombay, and Joe's family owned the farm next door.

I'd lived there for six months when I decided to download Tinder. We matched that same day.

Joe sent me a cheesy message along the lines of - "What is a girl like you doing living 1km away from me?".

That afternoon we went on a quad bike tour of the farm, including taking a quad bike up to the top of Mt William.

Six months later, Joe proposed at that exact spot.

I knew he was the one from day dot."

What is your favourite memory from the big day?

"Seeing Joe at the end of the aisle and taking a moment. Looking back at all of our guests - knowing we had all our friends and family there with us."

What do you consider the best wedding investment you made?

"Having a videographer was the best investment as you can re-watch your day and see your guests in parts of the day you missed."

Who was your outstanding wedding vendor?

"Curate Weddings. They were amazing from the first email right until the end. Our pictures were better than we could have imagined. They made everyone so comfortable. I can not fault them. They were perfect."

What is your #1 piece of wedding advice to couples planning their big day?

"The day is about marrying the person you love. It's not about anyone else or how fancy your wedding is, so don't let the little things take the shine off the reason you are having a wedding."
